Download MailboxSize2 và giải nén tại link bên dưới
- Vào Start > Run > cmd > Enter
- cd vào thư mục chứa file thực thi của MailboxSize2 và gõ lệnh mailboxsize
- Tùy theo mục đích mà thêm vào các option phù hơp
/n=42 Show me the biggest 42 mailboxes

Vào Web Mail đăng nhập với root để xem báo cáo
