An Unexpected error has occured” - File System Resource Manager (FSRM) - Windows Server 2019

Yesterday,  I’ve installed the File System Resource Manager on Windows server 2019 and I saw this error when I Create File Screen Template , 

Check Event log in the Application log: 8197

How to fix:

Do this from a command prompt:

cd %windir%\system32\wbem

mofcomp srm.mof

net stop srmsvc

net start srmsvc
