Hướng dẫn Cài Đặt NAS Synology lên PC 2020

HƯỚNG DẪN TỰ BUILD NAS XPENOLOGY

1. CHUẨN BỊ
- 1 Case PC cùi cũng được, RAM tầm 2GB trở lên, ổ cứng càng nhiều càng tốt
- 1 Laptop hay PC cùng mạng LAN với thiết bị PC cùi kia
- USB 2GB để chứa file boot NAS
- win32diskimager :  http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/
- Synology Assistant : https://www.synology.com/en-global/support/download/RS818+#utilities

- Download file boot NAS XPENOLOGY

Truy cập vào website và chọn Download Xpenoboot , trong này các bạn có thể chọn download file Xpenoboot DSM  hoặc các jun Loaders tùy ý.
Hoặc có thể download các bản tổng hợp từ đây
- Download file DSM từ Synology
Các bạn có thể download trực tiếp từ website Synology  (Chú ý lựa chọn đúng phiên bản theo file boot down ở bước 1).

2. CÀI ĐẶT
- Cài lần lượt các phần mềm Win32diskimager , Synology Assistant vô máy tính/laptop
- Burn file .img vào USB bằng phần mềm Win32 DiskImager

- Thiết lập cho NAS khởi động từ USB
- Sau khi hoàn tất, cắm USB vo NAS và khởi động thôi nào
- Mở phần mềm Synology Assistant trên Laptop để tìm kiếm NAS
- Chuột phải vô dòng IP trên kích connect hoặc gõ IP lên trình duyệt web để thao tác
- Ở đây do mình cài trước phiên bản khác nên giờ cài lại nó hiện ra chữ MIGRATE, còn khi các bạn cài mới sẽ hiển thị nút INSTALL
- Tiếp tục chọn 1 trong 2 tùy chọn rồi NEXT
- Chọn Manual Install
- Upload file DSM đã download ở trên, nhấn INSTALL

- Quá trình diễn ra khoảng 5 phút
- Như vậy là xong. chờ NAS khởi động lại

- Tiếp tục connect tạo tài khoản và mật khẩu
- Skip this step
Như vậy là quá trình cài đặt đã thành công, Màn hình chính sau khi login vào NAS, được đánh giá là khá trực quan và dễ dàng quản lý. Rất tiện lợi đối với người sử dụng

Fix lỗi Warning Data Loss Anhdv Boot 2020


Mặc dù trước đó vẫn dùng One Click để tạo usb, nhưng sau đó 1 vài ngày mở source lên tạo lại bị lỗi >> Warning: Data Loss

Cách sửa lỗi:

- Cách duy nhất là download lại source của Anhdv Boot 2020 v2.0 Build 200404 về giải nén, sau đó chạy file One Click với quyền administrator là xong

How To Create A Contact Group Outlook From Excel/Notepad Data?

This method will guide you quickly create a contact group from Excel data or Notepad, without applying the Import and Export Wizard in Outlook. Please do as follows:

1. Open the Excel workbook that you will create a contact group from, select the data, and press Ctrl + C keys together to copy it.
2.in Outlook, and click Home > New Items > More Items > Contact Group.


3. Now a Contact Group window is opening. Please click Add Members > From Outlook Contacts.

4. In the popping out Select Members dialog box, put the cursor in the Members box, press Ctrl + V keys simultaneously to paste the Excel data, and then click the OK button.

5. Now you return to the Contact Group window. Please type a name for the new contact group in the Name box, and then click Contact Group > Save & Close button.
So far, you have created a contact group from an Excel workbook already

FIX: The source file name(s) are larger than is supported by the file system.

A lot of users are dealing with a weird scenario when trying to copy or delete something on their computer. Affected users report receiving a Source Path Too Long prompt telling them that “The source file names are larger than is supported by the file system”.  This typically happens with a file (or more) that is buried in a series of subfolders that have long names. Whenever this happens, you can’t move, delete or rename any of the involved files/folders.



Fix: 
Using Winrar or 7-zip to deleted it
Right click folder/File cho 7-Zip => Add to archive

Select Delete Files after compression and OK

When compression OK, Deleted Folder/File very easy :D

How to Transfer Data Using Smart Switch Open Smart Switch on your old device If not preinstalled, ensure the Samsung Smart Switch Mobile app has been installed on both devices. Open Samsung Smart Switch Samsung Smart Switch icon on your old device. There are several methods of accessing the app, depending on your model: From a Home screen, tap the Smart Switch icon. Swipe up or down from the center of a Home screen to access the apps screen, then tap Smart Switch. 1. Open Settings, tap Accounts and backup, then tap Smart Switch. Note If not preinstalled, the device prompts to download Smart Switch. If prompted, review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service then tap Agree. If prompted, review the requested permissions then tap Start. 2. Set up the transfer On the old device, tap Send data. Note Content transfer is completed in two stages; basic content is transferred first and larger files are transferred later. Note If you select 'Apps', a list of your applications is transferred but the apps still need to be re-downloaded. Choose what to send screen with emphasis on selection list and SEND icon 7.Receive your content On the new device, tap Receive. How to Fix Can't Find Project or Library Error

Problem:

When using the VBA Code or Macros in Microsoft Access or Excel, the following errror is received “Compile Error: Can’t find project or library”

Solution(s):

Step 1. Open the MS Excel file, giving an error message.

Step 2. Press “ALT and F11 keys”, for VB Editor in a new window (as below).


Step 3. Click on Reset button


Step 4. Click on Tools menu and then select References from pulled down menu, as shown


Step 5. Following dialog box will display uncheck ‘Missing object library or type’ ,==> OK


Step 6. Exit and save the original Excel file.

DONE

Virtualbox: VM does not start after creating a snapshot. EFail (0x80004005)

when using vhd disks and you create a snapshot, the virtual machine won’t boot.
An error occurs while starting the vm:

In this case the manager for virtual medias shows an error that the parent UUID of the snapshot file does not matches the UUID of parent medium stored in the media registry

This can be fixed .Get the UUID of the parent disk

start a cmd.exe with Administrator permissions, navigate to the folder where VirtualBox is installed :
And set the UID by this command:
cd: C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox
VBoxManage.exe internalcommands sethdparentuuid "C:\Users\xuantam\VirtualBox VMs\WS2012\Snapshots/{fdb43062-bb79-4467-85d3-b40f802aca55}.vhd" {a840d5e6-e13f-4e3f-826d-d46fc41efc6f}

From now on your VM should start as expected, also new snapshots are possible.

PowerEdge R740 iDRAC 9 Email Notification: RAC0225: Sending the test mail failed.

I have been trying to configure the email settings in iDRAC 9 Enterprise,I keep getting the following message:

RAC0225: Sending the test mail failed.



I messed with various settings and tried to find a way to ping a name from the iDRAC

In the end, I found that the solution that seems pretty random to me.

1. On the iDRAC web interface, navigate to  iDRAC Settings >Overview > Config Network Setting

2. Common Settings section, you HAVE to set a Static DNS Domain Name in the iDRAC network settings. And by setting ANY Static DNS Domain Name.Yes, that’s right. I actually put domains.google.com in there and suddenly my alert emails work like a charm.

Checking administration server connection kaspersky failed

Khi thay đổi IP Server KSC, tạo gói cài đặt mới, chạy file cài đặt tại client báo lỗi như hình
Kiểm tra file klnagchk.log
Client vẫn connect tới IP cũ của KSC trước đây 192.168.1.24 nên báo lỗi Checking administration server connection

 Cách xử lý: 
- Login vô Server KSC, chọn Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent => Configure installation package
- Kiểm tra IP Connection ta thấy vẫn là IP cũ 192.168.1.24
- Tiến hành thay đổi lại thành IP mới của Server KSC => lưu lại
Tiến hành tạo lại file cài đặt mới và cài lên Client là xong
